$16 Trillion has Disappeared in Illegal Bailouts

September 7, 2012 § 2 Comments

You and I were told that $800 billion was given by the Federal Reserve, under TARP, to “too big to fail” banking institutions in 2008. After the first audit of the Federal Reserve in 100 years, it has been revealed that the Fed released $16 TRILLION to financial institutions for bailouts, including FOREIGN banks. For those of you who are not so savvy with numbers, this means that our current national debt, which has risen to $16 TRILLION (the highest amount since our nation was debt free in 1835), is the same equivalent to the amount that the Fed administered for bailouts, with no oversight, Congressional approval, nor any plans to reveal the facts. Since the Federal Reserve prints fiat money (fake money, since it is not backed by any hard asset), and then sends the “bill” (secured bonds) to the Dept of the Treasury, the current national debt rests on the shoulders of the American People. But let’s do a little more math.
No one really knows the amount of debt that truly exists. Even though the official number is $16 TRILLION, the amount of money that has been borrowed from the Social Security fund and other assets has not been added to that number. Right now our real national debt lies somewhere between $54 and $75 TRILLION. It is mathematically impossible for this nation to ever pay off that debt. So why does the money keep disappearing and the debt continually accruing? It’s not because everyone is in the dark about the subject. Multiple personalities from the left and right speak everyday about the form and fashion of our economy. Most citizens see the information everyday, but we keep our head down and keep moving through the pasture gates like a brow-beaten mule. We pull the plows and dig the furrows of this economy and reap absolutely no benefit from the harvest.
The only considerable explanation of why this system keeps operating the way it does; THEY ARE NOT PLANNING ON PAYING IT BACK AND THEY KNOW THAT A TIME WILL SHORTLY ARISE WHERE MONEY WILL NOT EXIST IN IT’S CURRENT FORM. That’s right. The system of the Federal Reserve is an illegal operation, has been since its inception in 1912, and it’s implementation in 1933. Our laws are even altered to support the existence and illegal operations of the Federal Reserve. The Uniform Commercial Code supports every pillar and column of tyranny that the Fed rests it’s crushing mass upon. The term “credit” replaced the concept of honest men and women relying on their name and word, and only judges us to amount of debt that we can accept from central and private banks.
The people are told to have perfect credit, and to pay your bills, and are socially forced to be locked inside the confines of a paper box. All the while our own government and banking institutions forcibly take our money, IN OUR NAME AND GOOD FAITH, and squander it as they please. Then they borrow money from us, other nation’s, and private institutions, and squander that money as well. All the while never paying towards the original principal. If we, as individuals, operated in this manner, we would find ourselves in a federal prison.
As a veteran, it wrenches my heart to tell you that the Republic is dead. This problem will not be solved by democrats, nor republicans. Voting has just become the act of slaves choosing a new master every four years. I usually don’t promote my site or my works, but if you cared enough to read this far in the post, take two seconds and share this on your wall or your blog in the hopes that other’s will follow.
I leave you with this thought; When the forest becomes choked by strangling vines, and cluttered by years of unchecked undergrowth, a purging fire is necessary to keep the entire forest from self destruction by disease and decay. Brother’s and Sister’s, start pulling out your matches.

Christianity is being dismantled and any “traditional” values are being considered as hate speech. Islam is taking it’s place, not because the Muslim’s are forcing their beliefs, but because the radical sector’s tactics of “convert or be killed” matches the efforts to bring about a one world government. The elite will use Islam to their purpose until the time that the “anti-religion” will be acce…pted. A religion that has no God, no money, and no politics. This is why Zietgiest and Baha’i Faith have been sweeping the world. The people responsible for harboring evil want you to see the evil and blame it on someone else, so that they will not have to point a gun to your head to make you accept the coming change, but you will be fooled and beg for it yourself. How does this happen? The global elite have been perfecting their skills for hundreds of years while the majority of you spent the most of your time watching American Idol and Teen Mom. One does not have to watch old re-runs of GI Joe to see that “knowing is half the battle.” You can choose to unite now under the banner of Freedom and a mankind that has the right to choose their own course, or be damned to stand under the oppression and death of the few that would wish to rule this world and build their cities upon the backs of common slaves. The US Constitution was burned in 1933, The Republic was sold into slavery at the hands of the Federal Reserve in 1933, The US was supposed to follow Hitler’s momentum and oust democracy for Fabian Socialism in 1934, the Bilderberger’s announced the presence of the global elite and released the Uniform Commercial Code to bind every man, woman, and child in 1954. All the warfare, welfare, and complete debauchery of this nation and this world are not happenstance, they are brought about by design. Am I off my meds? You’re damn right I am. While most have a prescription to the bravo sierra tasting kool-aid that is handed out from on high, I have chosen to taste the briars and thorns that are necessary to sieve the heart and tongue to keep the stripes on Old Glory red. If you proclaim to be a patriot and preserve this Republic, maybe you should draw a line in the sand and do the same. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of all who threaten it.

Why Defaulting the National Debt Would Work

Try going through one day where you are not constantly bombarded by conversations, solicitations, or advertisements that pertain to the growing amount of debt that you or the Federal Government has accrued. It’s nearly impossible to imagine our world without the subject of owing our finances to someone else, and yet it is accepted as just being the way that life works. Not only do we personally owe money to someone else, whether it be bills or loans, we are also required to pay towards the unregulated spending that our government remits on our behalf. To understand why we find ourselves here, and what we can do to stop it, we must first understand how it came to be.

Congress did not create the “gold dollar” or set America’s monetary system with the “gold standard.” Both of these are common misconceptions. However the American colonies did have the choice, prior to the American Revolution, to use whatever currency that they so choose. With an immense amount of currency flowing through the ports of the colonies, the most commonly recognized was the Spanish “pieces of eight”, or the silver Spanish milled dollar. During, and after, the Revolution the Continental Congress gave true definition of the true meaning of a “dollar”, or “money unit.” Several committee’s discussed the exact measurements and metallurgy that would match the definition and released the standard of one dollar being the equal of 365 1/4 grains of troy silver. There are those that argue that the US Constitution does not consider nor describe the measurements of the official dollar, but seeing that the standard had already been prescribed by the Continental Congress, it had no reason to.

Many of the same Founding Father’s who served in the Continental Congress also appeared in the Federal Convention which constructed the Constitution, laying the testament that when the Constitution mentions the “dollar” in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 1, they are adhering to the original weights and allowances drafted previously by the same governing body. As further acceptance, the first Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, issued a report describing the currencies currently available and ordering the mint to strike two versions of coinage, one being the US Dollar as a troy silver coin in the measurement of 365.25 grains.

A constant understanding and said value of our currency is required by a population who is engaged in the practice of a capitalist free market. The standards set at our country’s inception would only last for 142 years, and be separated from a sovereign people by skilled economic and geopolitical assailants. The event that turned us down this path was the assassination of the United States economy and the annulment of the United States Constitution. These acts of blatant treason didn’t occur during the daylight and voted upon by the people, they occurred in private residences and behind sealed sessions of Congress.

The Federal Reserve Act was created in a private gathering on Jekyll Island, GA in 1910 and then passed through legislation in 1913. The legislation created the Federal Reserve, allowing a private corporation to control all currency and banking institutions in America. In an extremely convenient turn of events, World War I began the next year and allowed banking institutions around the world to fund and bankroll any party they wished, often contributing to forces on both sides. Whether you would like to believe it or not, the actions that sparked WWI and the subsequent damage and redistribution of wealth caused the European market to fail. As one market affects the others, the US economy followed suit and came crashing down.

For those that had ulterior motives, mainly private banking institutions, the collapse of the US economy brought forth the best investment opportunity since the creation of mankind. In 1933, sealed sessions of Congress came to realize that the original monetary backing, in hard currency, would not be accepted as payment for the national debt and stimulus to reverse the economic depression. They themselves had voted for the new currency and were now held hostage by the private banking institutions who reported that the United States was bankrupt. With no other option the Congress agreed to the terms and sold the national debt to the private banks. But as with any foreclosure there now had to be stipulations placed upon the defeated American people. The Federal Reserve (the same banking institutions) would now print the currency for the American people and the US Treasury and the people would be responsible for the public debts.

In collusion with the Federal Reserve Act, House Joint Resolution 192 was passed on June 5th, 1933, allowing the Federal Reserve Note to take the place of the dollar standard. This now meant that money would be regulated and manufactured by an organization who would be untouchable by the American people and their unalienable oversight. The Federal Reserve Note that you now have in your wallet or bank account is counterfeit and maintains no tangible value.

The creation of the Reserve and the implementation of its currency directly violated the United States Constitution, and presented an act of gross treason against its sovereign people. Since this currency has no value and violates our chosen principles, it was necessary to not only change the Constitution but to consider its function as ceremonial. The Constitution allows the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches to oversee and interpret three forms of law; Common Law, Law of Commerce, and Law of the admiralty.

What I am about to discuss is extremely complex and I will try to relate these facts in as simple a manner as possible. Since the Constitution did not support the new monetary system the courts simply barred Common Law and Law of Commerce, and chose to operate completely under Law of the Admiralty. Under Admiralty Law the people of America, sovereign and free, are now under control of the oppressive laws of ancient Rome and England. This means that you do not maintain rights unless the “king” allows you to have them, meaning that they can be revoked at any time to maintain the integrity of the ruling body. It’s the same reason that in 1933 it became necessary for citizens to obtain a license to perform activities under the “king”.

  •  The a license to drive was initiated in 1933, making a person only able to operate a motor vehicle on the “kings” road and at his discretion, which shows the clause that if you refuse to show your license to a law enforcement officer your license is thereby revoked in that state.
  • The Social Security Act was initiated in 1933, not only subjugating the people to be registered federally, but to serve the main purpose of a license to conduct business and commerce in the “kings” realm. (See Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917)

There are countless examples of this silent transition into a state of subjugation to a crown, instead of sovereign Peoples who are guaranteed under articles of rights and freedoms. Take time to research the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) and see how your name is registered on all federal and business documentation. Your name appears as “JOHN HENRY DOE” not because capitalization of your name is required, but because is the creation of a corporation that seems to be you, referred to as the “straw man”. That false representation of yourself is the acceptance on all documentation that you will operate under the “kings” subjugation and be held accountable for all violations against your person.

Now that you are starting to see how the system has been tailored to serve as nothing but subjugation and tyranny against the American people, you can now see that the decisions that are made and the money that is spent on your behalf is not only unconstitutional, but that it only exists in theory and is used to break the will power of a united people. The reason that the people are required to pay tax is because it is only the fines that are required for the “king” allowing you to use his money, a Federal Reserve Note, to transfer “credit” to another for the remittance of “debt.” At this very moment it is mathematically impossible for tax revenue to conquer the debt that has been allotted in your corporate, licensed name.

We blame politicians for decisions and mistakes but do not understand that our elected officials do not serve our interest, but the directions of the international central banks. Call what I am saying is a conspiracy theory, that’s ok, but it will not change the facts. The Federal Government and financial institutions have no plans of paying back any debt, that is why the ceiling is raised time and time again, and why borrowing from the social security fund is allowed. The false representation of money that they distribute to the people has no value to them, but the unlawful contractual agreements and it’s support under their enforced laws allows them to own everything; your property, your name, your assets, and your body. The Emancipation Proclamation did not free the slaves, they have only found a more efficient manner to enslave every man, woman, and child.

So what is the objective? The idea of forcing the people to accept the terms they are handed, and rarely understand, is to create a complete dependency on financial institutions, under the direction of the global elite, and administered by their proxy – the federal government. If the people saw that they were blatantly under siege they would unite and fight the opposing forces, but the slow indoctrination that is taking place is the silent assassination of humanity. The concept is fed to the status quo who fall further and further into the abyss with every passing generation, and is constantly enforced by state controlled media and tactics of misdirection. Don’t believe me? Contact the IRS this year and tell them you will not be relinquishing any of your money to the federal government because you did not vote on a raising of the debt ceiling and did not have any say so for the federal government’s spending. You let me know how that works out for you.

The people of The United States of America maintain the unalienable right to relieve their elected officials from their “untouchable” perch and bring forth any change that they see fit. This is the God-given right of man kind and reinforced by the United States Constitution. There are those who will read this state, “What’s the use?”  If this is your position I will quote Sam Adams,

“If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

We have the authority and right for the future of mankind to call forth evil from the dark crevices that inhabits and set ourselves upon the path that maintains that all men are created equal. The proxy government that now inhabits all levels of political stations will do whatever is necessary to stop you, this is the purpose for seeing civil liberties disappear, and the revealing of the true nature of those who lead you. The sanctity of life and liberty is not a privilege, but a perpetually occurring process that has to be guaranteed and secured by each generation. It is not only our right, but our necessity to disembowel the rotten decay of government and topple the towers of iniquity that house the narcissistic monetary institutions who bind the chains on a free society. This is not a threat, this is a promise. And like always, if you are reading this, you are the Resistance.

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property – until their children wake up homeless on the continent
their fathers conquered.”  Thomas Jefferson

Take a moment to familiarize yourself with what the Executive Branch can do at any time, without any oversight from the Legislative and Judicial Branches, and under any circumstances. Even when there is no threat or emergency.

Allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

Allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

Allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

Allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

Allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

Allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

Designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

Specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA’s Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA’s role as a “new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.” FEMA’s powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the… National Security Act of 1947 allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities. 1950 Defense Production Act gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy. Act of August 29, 1916 authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency. International Emergency Economic Powers Act enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

American Policy Center – Agenda 21

Agenda 21: Conspiracy Theory or Threat

The battle over Agenda 21 is raging across the nation. City and County Councils have become war zones as citizens question the origins of development plans and planners deny any international connections to the UN’s Agenda 21. What is the truth? Since I helped start this war, I believe it is up to me to help with the answers.

The standard points made by those who deny any Agenda 21 connection is that:

  • Local planning is a local idea.
  • Agenda 21 is a non-binding resolution not a treaty, carries no legal authority from which any nation is bound to act. It has no teeth.
  • The UN has no enforcement capability.
  • There are no “Blue-Helmeted” UN troops at City Hall.
  • Planners are simply honest professionals trying to do their job, and all these protests are wasting their valuable time.
  • The main concern of Agenda 21 is that man is fouling the environment and using up resources for future generations and we just need a sensible plan to preserve and protect the earth. What is so bad about that?
  • There is no hidden agenda.
  • “I’ve read Agenda 21 and I can find no threatening language that says it is a global plot. What are you so afraid of?”
  • And of course, the most often heard response – “Agenda 21, what’s that?”

And after they have proudly stated these well thought out points, they arrogantly throw down the gauntlet and challenge us to “answer these facts.”

Well, first I have a few questions of my own that I would love to have answered.

Will one of these “innocent” promoters of the “Agenda 21 is meaningless” party line, please answer the following:

  • If it all means nothing, why does the UN spend millions of dollars to hold massive international meetings in which hundreds of leaders, potentates and high priests attend, along with thousands of non-governmental organizations of every description, plus the international news media, which reports every action in breathless anticipation of its impact on the world?
  • It if all means nothing, why do those same NGO representatives (which are all officially sanctioned by the UN in order to participate) spend months (sometimes years) debating, discussing, compiling, and drafting policy documents?
  • If it all means nothing, why do leaders representing nearly every nation in the world attend and, with great fanfare, sign these policy documents?

Time after time we witness these massive international meetings, we read the documents that result from them, and when we question their meaning or possible impact on our nation, we are met with a dismissive shrug and a comment of “oh, probably not much…”

Really? Then why? Why the waste of money, time, and human energy? Could it be that the only purpose is to simply give diplomats, bureaucrats, and NGOs a feeling of purpose in their meaningless lives, or perhaps a chance to branch out of their lonely apartments? Or could it really be that these meetings and the documents they produce are exactly as we say they are – a blueprint for policy, rules, regulations, perhaps even global governance that will affect the lives, fortunes, property and futures of every person on earth? Which is it? You can’t have it both ways.

Why the fear of Agenda 21?

Those who simply read or quickly scan Agenda 21 are puzzled by our opposition to what they see as a harmless, non-controversial document which they read as voluntary suggestions for preserving natural resources and protecting the environment. Why the fear? What exactly bothers us so much?

The problem is, we who oppose Agenda 21 have read and studied much more than this one document and we’ve connected the dots. Many of us have attended those international meetings, rubbed elbows with the authors and leaders of the advocated policies, and overheard their insider (not for public distribution) comments about their real purpose.

Here are a few examples of those comments made by major leaders of this movement as to the true purpose of the policies coming out of these UN meetings:

No matter if the science of global warming is all phony…climate change provides the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world.”

Christine Stewart (former Canadian Minister of the Environment)

The concept of national sovereignty has been immutable, indeed a sacred principle of international relations. It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the new imperatives of global environmental cooperation.” Report from the UN Commission on Global Governance.

Regionalism must precede globalism. We foresee a seamless system of governance from local communities, individual states, regional unions and up through to the United Nations itself.” Report from the UN Commission on  Global Governance.

All three of these quotes (and we have many) indicate using lies and rhetoric to achieve their goals, and that those goals include the elimination of national sovereignty and the creation of a “seamless system” for global governance. Again, do these quotes have meaning and purpose – do they reveal the true thoughts of the promoters of these policies, or were they just joking?

For the past three decades through the United Nations infrastructure, there have been a series of meetings, each producing another document or lynchpin to lay the groundwork for a centralized global economy, judicial system, military, and communications system, leading to what can only be described as a global government. From our study of these events, we have come to the conclusion that Agenda 21 represents the culmination of all of those efforts, indeed representing the step by step blueprint for the full imposition of those goals. Here’s just a sample of these meetings and the documents they produced:

  • In 1980, West German Chancellor Willy Brandt chaired the Commission on International Development. The document, or report coming out of this effort, entitled “North-South: A program for Survival,” stated “World development is not merely an economic process, [it] involves a profound transformation of the entire economic and social structure…not only the idea of economic betterment, but also of greater human dignity, security, justice and equality…The Commission realizes that mankind has to develop a concept of a ‘single community’ to develop global order.”
  • That same year Sean MacBride, a recipient of the Lenin Peace Prize, headed up a commission on international communications which issued a report entitled “Many Voices, One World: Towards a New, More Just and More Efficient World Information and Communication Order.” The Commission, which included the head of the Soviet news Agency, TASS, believed that a “New World Information Order” was prerequisite to a new world economic order. The report was a blueprint for controlling the media, even to the point of suggesting that international journalists be licensed.
  • In 1982, Olof Palme, the man who single-handedly returned Socialism to Sweden, served as chairman of the Independent Commission on Disarmament and Security Issues. His report, entitled “Common Security: A Blueprint for Survival,” said: “All States have the duty to promote the achievement of general and complete disarmament under effective international control…” The report went on to call for money that is saved from disarmament to be used to pay for social programs. The Commission also proposed a strategic shift from “collective security” such as the alliances like NATO, to one of “common security” through the United Nations.
  • Finally, in 1987, came the granddaddy commission of them all, The Brundtland Commission on Environment and Development. Headed by Gro Harlem Brundtland, Vice President of the World Socialist Party, the commission introduced the concept of “Sustainable Development.” For the first time the environment was tied to the tried and true Socialist goals of international redistribution of wealth. Said the report, “Poverty is a major cause and effect of global environmental problems. It is therefore futile to attempt to deal with environmental problems without a broader perspective that encompasses the factors underlying world poverty and international inequality.”

These four commissions laid the groundwork for an agenda of global control; A controlled media would dictate the flow of information and ideas and prevent dissent; control of international development manages and redistributes wealth; full disarmament would put the power structure into the hands of those with armaments; and tying environmentalism to poverty and economic development would bring the entire agenda to the level of an international emergency.

One world, one media, one authority for development, one source of wealth, one international army. The construction of a “just society” with political and social equality rather than a free society with the individual as the sole possessor of rights. The next step was to pull it altogether into a simple blueprint for implementation.

During the 1990s, the UN sponsored a series of summits and conferences dealing with such issues as human rights, the rights of the child, forced abortion and sterilization as solutions for population control, and plans for global taxation through the UN.

Throughout each of these summits, hundreds of Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) worked behind the scenes to write policy documents pertaining to each of these issues, detailing goals and a process to achieve them. These NGO’s are specifically sanctioned by the United Nations in order to participate in the process. The UN views them as “civil society, the non governmental representatives of the people. In short, in the eyes of the UN, the NGOs are the “people.”

Who are they? They include activist groups with private political agendas including the Environmental Defense Fund, National Audubon Society, The Nature Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation, Zero Population Growth, Planned Parenthood, the Sierra Club, the National Education Association, an d hundreds more. These groups all have specific political agendas which they desire to become law of the land. Through work in these international summits and conferences, their political wish lists become official government policy.

In fact, through the UN infrastructure the NGOs sit in equality to government officials from member nations including the United States. One of the most powerful UN operations is the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP). Created in 1973 by the UN General Assembly, the UNEP is the catalyst through which the global environmental agenda is implemented. Virtually all international environmental programs and policy changes that have occurred globally in the past three decades are a result of UNEP efforts. Sitting in on UNEP meetings, helping to write and implement policy, along with these powerful NGOs are government representatives, including U.S, federal agencies such as the Department of State, Department of Interior, Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency, the National Park Service, the U.S. Forest Service, and the Fish and Wildlife Service.

This, then, is a glimpse of the power structure behind the force that gathered in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 for the UN-sponsored Earth Summit. Here, five major documents, written primarily by NGOs with the guidance and assistance of government agencies, were introduced to the world. In fact, these final documents had been first drafted and honed though the long, arduous series of international conferences previously mentioned. Now, at Rio, they were ready for adoption as a blueprint for what could only be described as the transformation of human society.

The five documents were: the “Convention on Climate Change,” the precursor to the coming Kyoto Climate Change Protocol, later adopted in 1997; the “Biodiversity Treaty,” which would declare that massive amounts of land should be off limits to human development; the third document was called the “Rio Declaration,” which called for the eradication of poverty throughout the world  through the redistribution of wealth; the fourth document was the “Convention on Forest Principles,” calling for international management of the world’s forests, essentially shutting down or severely regulating the timber industry; and the fifth document was Agenda 21, which contained the full agenda for implementing worldwide Sustainable Development. The 300 page document contains 40 chapters that address virtually every facet of human life and contains great detail as to how the concept of Sustainable Development should be implemented through every level of government.

What did the United Nations believe that process entailed? In 1993, to help explain the far-reaching aspects of the plan, the UN published “Agenda 21: The Earth Summit Strategy to Save Our Planet.” Here’s how the UN described Agenda 21 in that document: “Agenda 21 proposes an array of actions which are intended to be implemented by every person on earth…it calls for specific changes in the activities of all people…Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced.”  I have never read a stronger, more powerful description of the use of government power.

However, critics of our efforts against Agenda 21 rush to point out that Agenda 21 is a “soft law” policy – not a treaty that must be ratified by the U.S. Senate to become law. So it is just a suggestion, nothing to be afraid of. To make such an argument means that these critics have failed to follow the bouncing ball of implementation.

Following the bouncing ball to implementation

It started when, at the Earth Summit, President George H.W. Bush, along with 179 other heads of state signed agreement to Agenda 21. One year later, newly elected President Bill Clinton signed Executive Order # 12852 to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD). The Council consisted of 12 cabinet secretaries, top executives from business, and executives from six major environmental organizations, including the Nature Conservancy, The Sierra Club, the World Resources Institute, and the National Wildlife Federation. These were all players in the creation of Agenda 21 at the international level – now openly serving on the PCSD with the specific mission to implement Agenda 21 into American policy.

It is interesting to note that in the pages of the PCSD report entitled “Sustainable America: A new Consensus for the Future, it directly quotes the Brundtland Commission’s report “Our Common Future” for a definition of Sustainable Development. That is about as direct a tie to the UN as one can get. The PCSD brought the concept of Sustainable Development into the policy process of every agencies of the US federal government

A major tool for implementation was the enormous grant-making power of the federal government. Grant programs were created through literally every agency to entice states and local communities to accept Sustainable Development policy in local programs. In fact, the green groups serving on the PCSD, which also wrote Agenda 21 in the first place, knew full well what programs needed to be implemented to enforce Sustainable Development policy, and they helped create the grant programs, complete with specific actions that must be taken by communities to assure the money is properly spent to implement Sustainable Development policy. Those are the “strings” to which we opponents refer. Such tactics make the grants effective weapons to insure the policy is moving forward.

From that point, these same NGOs sent their members into the state legislatures to lobby for and encourage policy and additional state grant programs. They have lobbied for states to produce legislation requiring local communities to implement comprehensive development plans. Once that legislation was in place, the same NGOs (authors of Agenda 21) quickly moved into the local communities to “help” local governments comply with the state mandates. And they pledged to help by showing communities how to acquire the grant money to pay for it – with the above mentioned strings attached.

We’re told over and over again that such policies are local, state and national, with no conspiracy of ties to the UN. Really? Then how are we to explain this message, taken from the Federal Register, August 24, 1998, (Volume 63, Number 163) from a discussion on the EPA Sustainable Development Challenge Grant Program? It says, “The Sustainable Development Challenge Grant Program is also a step in Implementing ‘Agenda 21, the Global Plan of Action on Sustainable Development,’ signed by the United Stats at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. All of these programs require broad community participation to identify and address environmental issues.”

Or consider this quote from a report by Phil Janik, Chief Operating Officer of the USDA – Forest Service, entitled “The USDA-Forest Service Commitment and Approach to Forest Sustainability” “In Our Common Future published in 1987, the Brundtland Commission explains that ‘the environment is where we all live; and development is what we all do in attempting to improve our lot within that abode.”  In short, Janik was explaining to his audience (the Society of American Foresters) just where the Forest Service was getting its definition of Sustainable Development – the report from the UN Commission on Global Governance.

Meanwhile, the NGOs began to “partner” with other governmental organizations like the U.S. Conference of Mayors, the National Governors Association, the National League of Cities, the National Association of County Administrators and more organizations to which elected representatives belong to, assuring  a near that a near universal message of Sustainable Development comes from every level of government.

Another NGO group which helped write Agenda 21 for the UN Earth Summit was a group originally called the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI).  It now calls itself ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability. After the Earth Summit in 1992, ICLEI set its mission to move into the policy process of local governments around the world to impose Sustainable Development policy. It now operates in more than 1200 cities globally, including 600 American cities, all of which pay dues for the privilege of working with ICLEI. Like a cancer, ICLEI begins to infest the local government policy, training city employees to think only in terms of Sustainable Development, and replacing local guidelines with international codes, rules and regulations.

So it’s true, there are no UN blue helmeted troops occupying city halls in America, and yes, the UN itself does not have enforcement capability for this “:non-binding” document called Agenda 21. However, it does have its own storm troopers in the person of the Non-governmental Organizations which the UN officially sanctions to carry on its work. And that is how Agenda 21, a UN policy, has become a direct threat to local American communities.

Why we oppose Agenda 21

It’s important to note that we fight Agenda 21 because we oppose its policies and its process, not just its origins. Why do we see it as a threat? Isn’t it just a plan to protect the environment and stop uncontrolled development and sprawl?

As Henry Lamb of Freedom 21 puts it, “Comprehensive land use planning that delivers sustainable development to local communities transforms both the process through which decisions that govern citizens are made, and the market place where citizens must earn their livelihood. The fundamental principle that government is empowered by the consent of the governed is completely by-passed in the process…the natural next step is for government to dictate the behavior of the people who own the land that the government controls.”

To enforce the policy, local government is being transformed by “stakeholder councils” created and enforced by the same NGO Agenda 21 authors. They are busy creating a matrix of non-elected boards, councils and regional governments that usurp the ability of citizens to have an impact on policy. It’s the demise of representative government. And the councils appear and grow almost overnight.

Sustainablists involve themselves in every aspect of society. Here are just a few of the programs and issues that can be found in the Agenda 21 blueprint and can be easily found in nearly every community’s “local” development plans: Wetlands, conservation easements, water sheds, view sheds, rails – to- trails, biosphere reserves, greenways, carbon footprints, partnerships, preservation, stakeholders, land use, environmental protection, development, diversity, visioning, open space, heritage areas and comprehensive planning. Every one of these programs leads to more government control, land grabs and restrictions on energy, water, and our own property. When we hear these terms we know that such policy originated on the pages of Agenda 21, regardless of the direct or indirect path it took to get to our community.

You’ll find Watershed Councils that regulate human action near every trickling stream, river, or lake. Meters are put on wells. Special “action” councils control home size, tree pruning, or removal, even the color you can paint your home or the height of your grass. Historic preservation councils control development in downtown areas, disallowing expansion and new building.

Regional governments are driven by NGOs and stakeholder councils with a few co-opted bureaucrats thrown in to look good. These are run by non-elected councils that don’t answer to the people. In short, elected officials become little more than a rubber stamp to provide official “approval” to the regional bureaucracy.

But the agenda outlined in Agenda 21 and by its proponents is a much bigger threat that just land use planning. They openly advocate massive reduction of human populations. Some actually call for as much as an 85% reduction in human populations in order to “save the planet.” David Brower of the Sierra Club said, “Childbearing should be a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license.”  The UN’s Biodiversity Assessment says, “A reasonable estimate for an industrialized world society at the present North American material standard of living would be 1 billion.”

They also openly advocate the destruction of modern society as Maurice Strong, the head of the Earth Summit said, “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrial nations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?

This issue then is not about simple environmental protection and modern planning. It is about a complete restructuring of our society, our values and our way of life. They use as their model an urgency based on global warming and climate change, claiming there is no need for discussion on these dire issues. Yet science is showing more and more proof that there is no man-made global warming. Are we to completely destroy our society based on such a shaky foundation?

And that is just what the proponents are rushing to do.

Barack Obama has issued a flurry of Executive Orders to bypass the Congressional process and dictate sustainable policy. In 2011 Obama issued EO # 13575 creating the White House Rural Council. It brings together 25 Cabinet Secretaries to enforce multi-jurisdictional enforcement of farming virtually controlling every decision for food production. It is a major assault on American farm production intended to enforce Sustainable farming practices. In truth it will only lead to food shortages and higher prices as farmers have no ability to make a decision without the approval of 25 government agencies, working at cross purposes and causing chaos in farm production.

On May1, 2012, Obama issued EO # 13609, dictating that the government must enforce coordination of international regulatory policy. Those international regulatory policies are UN-driven and the basic translation means enforcement of Sustainable Development policy.

But, again, skeptics of our fears of Agenda 21 continue to argue that it is all voluntary and if the US or local governments want to enforce it they are free to do so – nothing to fear but ourselves.  Well, even if that were true, that’s all about to change. On June 15 – 23, international forces are again converging on Rio for Rio+20. The stated intention is to complete the work they began in 1992.

Specifically called for is a UN treaty on Sustainable Development. If passed by the Senate and signed by the Obama Administration, that will eliminate any ambiguity about where the policy is coming from. Moreover, documents produced so far for the summit call for a global council, new UN agencies, budgets and powers, and “genuine global actions” in every nation – to ensure “social justice,” poverty eradication, climate protection, biodiversity, “green growth,” and an end to “unsustainable patterns of consumption.” Again, thousands of NGOs, diplomats and world leaders will spend a lot of money and time in the Rio+20 effort. Is it all just for fun, or does it have a purpose with strong consequences for our way of life?

The fact is, we fight Agenda 21 because it is all-encompassing, designed to address literally every aspect of our lives. This is so because those promoting Agenda 21 believe we must modify our behavior, our way of doing everyday things, and even our belief system, in order to drastically transform human society into being “sustainable.”

We who oppose it don’t believe that the world is in such dire emergency environmentally that we must destroy the very human civilization that brought us from a life of nothing but survival against the elements into a world that gave us homes, health care, food, and even luxury.  Sustainable Development advocates literally hope to roll back our civilization to the days of mere survival and we say NO. Why should we? We have found great deception in the promotion of the global warming argument. We believe in free markets and free societies where people make their own decisions, live and develop their own property. And we fully believe that the true path to a strong protection of the environment is through private property ownership and limited government. Those who promote Agenda 21 do not believe in those ideals. And so we will not agree on the path to the future. And our fight is just that – a clash of philosophy. There is very little room for middle ground.

The United States has never been part of a global village in which rules for life have been handed down by some self-appointed village elders.  We are a nation of laws that were designed to protect our right to our property and our individual life choices while keeping government reined in. We oppose Agenda 21 precisely because it represents the exact opposite view of government.

On Survival: Becoming Self Sufficient In Times Of Trouble Part Two

The purpose for expressing the idea’s and knowledge in this series was not out of hobby or to relate to outdoor enthusiasts. If you have stumbled across this site or are a regular subscriber you can gather that the information collected here is for the purpose of education about the current crimes betraying humanity and the ability to fight those crimes by any means necessary.

In Part Two of this discussion on survival I would like to move into the concept of preparing a survival before the conditions present themselves. If you don’t buy into the fact that diminishing civil liberties are turning this nation into a Marxist regime or that the global elite are hell-bent on reducing the population and re-indoctrinating the survivors into a small slave force for their own agenda, than that’s ok. What you can see and what you can agree on is the fact that our economy is disappearing, that a tension between the government and it’s people is reaching towards a potential clash of arms, and that being displaced and having to take charge of your own preservation and survival are outcomes that are becoming increasingly possible.

One man or woman could theoretically survive in any situation for any extended amount of time, but the longer the proximity from safety and recovery exists, the more the cards are against their favor of being able to continue efficiently. It’s a matter or will power, logistics, and sometimes just plain chance. On the other hand, several people, or a small community working together for the perseverance of the group, would only multiply the chances for a safer protective posture and the capability for a better quality of life for the whole.

Let’s break is down like this. Tom is the pilot of a Cessna single engine plane that crashes on a remote island. He miraculously survives in one piece and has no major injuries. On review of the wreckage and the local terrain he calculates that he will have enough supplies to sustain himself for a week. His day’s are spent working around the clock scouring his relative area for food sources and a steady supply of clean water. He takes a battery from the engine compartment and strikes the wire leads together over a rag soaked in fuel or oil to start a fire. He uses a piece of sheared landing strut as a make shift axe to cut materials for a shelter to protect him from the sun, wind, and rain. At the end of the first week he is completely exhausted, has little to show except a fire that can go out if the fuel is not maintained, and a living structure that will protect him from minimal weather conditions. His initial supplies are exhausted and he now has to scavenge every day to find enough food to maintain the amount of calories he is burning. Tom has now become so enthralled in basic survival that he does not have enough time to worry about his rescue, plotting his last known position to figure possible contact from shipping lanes, making devices for signalling, or maintaining the proper amount of rest to keep his health at the levels needed for his high stress environment. What if Tom accidentally consumes a food source or putrid water that leaves him with dysentery or weakens his physical posture? What if seasonal weather patterns find his crash site in a flood zone and he must relocate his entire camp? What if Tom makes contact with indigenous personnel or a local population that see him as a threat and try to attack him? Even though Tom might understand survival and be fully capable of conducting it, his will power, logistics, and chances are now narrowing in the wrong margins for him. Tom’s fictional character did not have the ability of knowing that his plane would crash or that he would have to fight for his survival. Every one of you reading this now know that your “plane” is in terrible danger of taking the plunge and have the ability to brace and prepare for that event.

Establishing a group of like-minded people or a small community of friends or family who see the facts and decide to prepare for the worst can be an easily achieved objective. Creating a commune of 30-50 like-minded individuals who bring different skills and experiences could mean maintaining long-term stability and protection. With so many personalities and skills being brought to bear in one common goal, the chances of the whole surviving increase exponentially. Establishing this commune of sorts is basically making a miniature replica of society and infrastructure, only having no need for superfluous roles like beauty or entertainment. Member’s should be sought out that display common sense and possess some sort of skill that would translate into a greater protective posture and better quality of life for the group. Knowledge of agriculture, fabrication, machining, medicine, dentistry, and construction are just a few. It would also be favorable for most members to be prior military or law enforcement, or be able to use and employ firearms and grasp simple tactics for hunting and defense. Just as protection was the first priority for the lone survivor, so it should be for the group. There may, and probably will, be forces that will try to displace or attack the group for the purpose of extermination or conquest. There will also certainly be groups of roaming local personnel who are surviving by scavenging or stealing from others. While charity and feeling will probably lead most to offer hand outs to those they deem as less fortunate than themselves, it is important to remember that in times of duress or societal downfall,  a human being can psychologically be separated from ethics and morals and behave in the most ruthless manner possible. The group will have to decide on their own the decisions they make in those instances, but the more visibility and contact with the outside the group has, the weaker the protective posture they will be able to maintain.

In a scenario I refer to as the “life raft effect,” if the carrying capacity of the life raft is 5 and there is 2o other people in the water, what will happen if one person swims forward to try to get in the boat? More than likely the entire amount will swarm the boat, sinking it, and the entire group will perish. We must often maintain our group with the concept that no one will enter or have the opportunity to conduct espionage of the the facilities in order to ensure the best outcome for our survival. Brutal as that might seem, survival is unfortunately not a “gentleman’s” game, nor a subject with fairy tale endings.

The most common question I have received since taking this endeavor to catalog these ideas is  “how do I get people to look around them and see what’s really going on?” While there may not be just one answer I can only give the best advice I can. Slowly indoctrinating people you care for into seeing the facts put forth is the best manner. We must show those around us that we are preparing and moving forward with the ability to fight and survive against all enemies foreign and domestic. Arguing with someone at the bar will get you know where and will just tarnish you as being a hot head and a conspiracy theorist. You must be informed of as much as possible so that you can present the information in as professional and digestible way as possible. You cannot force people to see it and there will be a huge amount that will call you a nut job and will not see the truth until too late. Arguing will do nothing but hurt your cause. Let others see you as having intelligence and resolve and they will be more susceptible to listen to you.

As always, if anyone has any questions about this and input on things I might have missed, please feel free to comment and share. Start preparing for your survival in small steps. If you can’t grow a garden, then stock up on can goods. Keep your weapons clean and maintained and seek out the knowledge to use them if you do not know how. Put money aside to purchase necessary items. Stay organized and develop kits of survival items that you keep in your house or in your vehicle. Keep your eyes open and always search for the truth. If you are reading this, you are the Resistance.

On Survival: Becoming Self Sufficient In Times of Trouble Part One

April 25, 2012 § Leave a comment

Growing up in the South, there’s always been two statements that I have heard men say; “Oh, I know how to shoot,” and “Yeah, I can survive in the woods.” While folk-lore and skills have been passed down from father to son and so forth since most of the rural parts of America have been settled, most have relied on the false pride of thinking they have a unique set of skills. While most could probably shoot another in self-defense, or kill an animal with the intent on eating it, I think we would find that only a few would be able to maintain themselves and their family for any extended period of time.

Recently I have started putting a program together in the effort of teaching other’s how to survive on any level, and while doing so have come to the conclusion that most of us would never make it. I certainly don’t profess to be any sort of Bear Grylls, but I believe that the concepts presented here could certainly improve your chances of seeing another sunrise.

The initial breakdown in most survival situations won’t occur on the physical level, unless the beginning of your survival began with some sort of trauma or accident in isolation, but more on the mental. Early man wasn’t in possession of a lensatic compass or GPS receiver, but was able to understand that certain brutal factors and ability to learn from feedback determined whether he ate heartily or looked at the stars with hunger pangs. When faced with the information that we are separating from society and municipal authority and must now solely ensure or own well-being, we must immediately steel our minds and brace ourselves with the resolve that we will do whatever it takes, no matter how hard or cruel it may seem, to protect and to provide for ourselves. The Marine Corps teaches the acronym concept of the “OODA Loop” for making decisions in stressful or combat scenarios, standing for Observe, Orient, Decide, Act. Making timely and correct decisions will be the deciding factor of living or dying.

Now that we have developed that resolve we must look and identify what type of survival situation that we might find ourselves. The term I have coined is “Proximity Factors,” describing what to expect and the depth and scope of what we can do and the path we may take. There are many places we can find ourselves, with a different “proximity” to safety. We may have to survive in an isolated mountain range from the result of a plane crash, or in our own homes as the result of collapse of the power grid. Each survival “scene” and conditions that we inherit at the beginning of our survival experience will determine the tools and tactics that we can find and use and how we will have to interact with outside factors.

Different scenarios will call for different tactics and resources. Some events include; accident (automobile or plane crash) in a remote area, natural disaster, loss of power grid, economic collapse, insurrection, war or invasion. In any of these occasions there will be a gap in when municipal authorities can reach you, or in the worst case, they will no longer exist.

In discussing the tools and tactics let me say that there are a million and one ways to perform these actions, with no way better than the other. If it ends with you thriving in adversity or barely making it out alive, you have survived. As humans, we require basic resources to maintain homeostasis and sustainability. The most prominent factor that we must maintain is our personal safety, if just in immediate proximity. These threats may present themselves as wounds we have incurred that we must give attention to, to adverse conditions such as weather and animals, or in some cases other humans.

Once personal safety is established the next priority will become developing a plan to change your “proximity” to one that is closer to a safer posture. That might be the decision to change your location that is more suitable to survive in, but we must be practical and eliminate any unnecessary dangers. If we are going to change our location we must ensure that we have the means to provide personal protection, (firearms, weapons, etc.), and have the logistics necessary to make this a reality, (water, food, appropriate health, etc.). If the situation depicts that we started in an urban environment or with a group, we must choose whether to make a go at it alone or to ensure the sustainability of the entire group. Both scenarios have stark pro’s and con’s. (More in Part Two)

In the most basic of survival skills we will need to procure tools and materials for at least 4 needs that we will need for sustainability.

    1. Weapons – personal safety, procuring food, signaling

    2. Water  – storage and the means to purify it

    3. Fire – warmth, making food stuffs palatable, signaling

    4. Shelter – protection from elements, concealment from dangers

Finding the skills and tools above is not that difficult and there is no reason that any man, woman, or child cannot practice and at least become novice at the above mentioned. All of the ideas mentioned here could be expanded into 500 pages of detailed information, but we do not have the time or space to make that happen. If you wish to attend a seminar to learn these skills and the ones yet to be talked about, contact me at jlfarlow0311@gmail.com.

All of these factors can and should be expanded in ensuring long-term survival if necessary. Other factors to consider will be clothing, first aid, communications, ammunition, mobility, and navigation.

Part Two in this series will expand upon deciding to maintain a small family unit or choosing a commune to provide long-term sustainability, as well as preemptively developing skills that will aid in any level or survival.
